Returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, and no damage has occurred since the purchase was made from smartOfuns.com.

To qualify for a return, the reason must be valid, and the following conditions must be met:

  • Delivery of wrong item(s).
  • Delivery of faulty product(s).
  • Delivery of products with missing parts.
  • Incorrect content on the website.

Cancellation & Refund due to Product Unavailability:

  • Orders are subject to product availability at our warehouse/store. smartOfuns.com reserves the right to cancel any order within 7 days if the ordered item(s) are temporarily unavailable.
  • If the customer agrees to wait for the product(s) to become available, the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
  • In the event of clause (a), if the customer has made an advance payment against the order, a full refund will be issued within 1 – 7 days, excluding any received cashback, which will be adjusted with the refund amount.
  • After confirming any order, if the order is canceled by the customer and an online payment has already been made, smartOfuns.com will charge a Payment Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount where applicable.

Return, Exchange, and Warranty:

  • Returns, exchanges, and warranty support are not applicable in the following conditions:
    • Damages due to misuse of the product.
    • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
    • Products with tampered or missing warranty stickers, broken serial numbers.
    • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box and manufacturer’s packaging, if any.
    • Exchange or Warranty Support Replacement of any product is subject to availability on smartOfuns.com.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately via email or phone for assistance.

Sale Items/Discount Offered Items:

  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges incurred for product returns are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss or damage during shipping to and from smartOfuns.com.
